View full detailsSince the founding of the company over 80 years ago, toy safety and the highest quality standards have been the utmost priority for the Schleich group.
Around the world, all items and materials used in the products meet applicable national and international toy requirements, such as the new European toy guideline 2009/48/EG, the DIN EN 71 and the international Toy Standards ASTM F963-2008.
The raw materials used are absolutely safe and are checked and approved regularly by independent test laboratories. Material suppliers are subject to strict controls by our quality assurance department.
Schleich constantly monitor the adherence to all requirements – also to meet their own demands and criteria.
Only when a product meets all legal requirements, standards and guidelines can it be released for production.
The material suppliers are also subject to strict quality controls.
And, last but not least, Schleich pay particular attention to fair and socially acceptable working conditions, even in the facilities of our international suppliers. Employees at Schleich regularly check on these working conditions.
